How to make hotel booking?
A :
Please key in the hotel name or country name, check in and check out date to view the hotel profile and make booking. Regarding on "how" to place a hotel booking in our website, kindly refer to our guide. The link shown as below:

How many days in advance do I have to place the booking?
A :
All booking must be made by at least 3 days before the check-in date.
Q :
How long does it takes to get a revert once I place the booking?
A :
All booking will be reverted after 48 WORKING HOURS the booking made.
Q :
Can I make amendment for my booking?
A :
Amendment only can be made if these criteria are fulfilled. However amendments are subject to availability.
i) 14 days before the actual check in date.
ii) Rates are the same as the initial check in date.
iii) To fill up this form and submitted to cs@trip4asia.com

Can I cancel my hotel booking?
A :
Booking can be cancel when its status still under pending status (criteria: 3 working days before check in date) by filling the form provided and e-mail to our customer service e-mail address: cs@trip4asia.com. However, if the reservation has been approved to the other party or the reservation has been confirmed, the booking can't be cancelled.

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
A :
Once your booking confirmed, our system will send the voucher with confirmation number directly to the email address & SMS to the mobile which you key in when you made the booking. You may also login to MTravel website and check it under "My Booking".
Q :
Why I can't search the hotel in the website?
A :
We're yet to work with the hotel that you're unable to search from the website.
Q :
What's the process of the booking?
A :
We will receive a notification once you have successfully place a booking, then we will proceed by sending the request to the hotel. Once there's a reply from the hotel, we will revert to your booking as soon as possible.
Q :
How can I check in the hotel? Any documentation needed?
A :
Kindly print out the e-voucher or provide the soft copy of the e-voucher which can be obtained through the e-mail to the receptionist/front desk.
Q :
Can I book through customer service?
A :
Unfortunately we're unable to do so. You will need to make the booking on your own through our website as it consist of your personal information and security policies which we need to protect.
Q :
I would like to request extra bed for my hotel booking.
A :
As for the hotels which have no options for extra bed in our website, kindly request it from the receptionist/front desk and pay by cash upon check in.

Is O2O[LR] acceptable in Mtravel website?
A :
Kindly create an account in our website first, then you may use your LR [O2O] to purchase all the item or service in our website.

What's Mtravel's working hour?
A :
Our working hour: Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm Malaysia local time.

My booking failed but why my LR didn't refund to my account?
A :
Once your booking is cancelled, the initial LR used for the booking will be refunded within 1 hour. Do contact us if the LR is not refunded with the screenshots.
Q :
Can I request receipt or invoice for my booking?
A :
We will not provide any receipt or invoice for any booking reason being every transaction made is charged by LR, instead of the traditional cash terms.
