How long does it takes to get a revert once I place the booking?

Some of the booking will be reverted after 72 WORKING HOURS the booking made but voucher booking will take 15 working days for us to courier out the voucher, we seek for your patient.

How can I get the ticket?

Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you an e-voucher or confirmation ID by email. For voucher booking, we will courier out the voucher to the address that you filled in when you made the booking.

Can the ticket only be used on the date I booked?

This depends on the ticket that you book, you may check your ticket voucher whether it may only use on the date you have selected or there's a using period before the expiration date.

All booking must be made at least 3 to 5 days before the using date.

My booking failed but why my LR didn't refund to my account?

Once your booking is cancelled, the initial LR used for the booking will be refunded within 1 hour. Do contact us if the LR is not refunded with the screenshots.

Can I request receipt or invoice for my booking?
A :
We will not provide any receipt or invoice for any booking reason being every transaction made is charged by LR, instead of the traditional cash terms.
